Privacy Policy

Everyday Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Fit4T mobile application ("Application"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through the Application.

The short version: We do not collect any data from you. The Application is designed to function entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or process any personal information. The only data the Application stores is kept locally on your device (your workout preferences and workout history) and is never sent anywhere.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information from you. Specifically:

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact information.
• We do not collect location data, device identifiers, IP addresses, or any technical information.
• We do not collect health or fitness data, even though the Application provides fitness content.
• We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or any other tracking technologies.
• We do not collect usage analytics or behavioral data.
• We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising frameworks, or social media plugins that could collect data on our behalf.
• We do not require you to create an account or provide any information to use the Application.

2. How the Application Works

The Application is a self-contained fitness application. All content, including workout routines and instructions, is included in the Application at the time of download. The Application:

• Requires no internet connection after the initial download from the Apple App Store.
• Does not communicate with any external servers.
• Does not transmit any data from your device.
• Stores no data on any cloud service or remote server.

3. On-Device Data Storage

The Application stores a small amount of data locally on your device to improve your experience. This includes:

• Workout preferences: Your most recent settings on the workout design screen (such as time, tempo, target, and equipment selections) so you don't have to re-enter them each session.
• Workout history: A log of your completed workouts so you can review past sessions.

This data is stored entirely on your device using Apple's built-in on-device storage. It is never transmitted to Everyday Solutions LLC or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the Application from your device.

4. Apple and Platform-Level Data

While the Application itself does not collect any data, the Apple App Store and your Apple device may independently collect certain information in connection with your download and use of the Application. This may include:

• Purchase and download history associated with your Apple Account.
• Crash logs and diagnostic data, if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements).
• Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics that Apple may make available to developers.

This platform-level data collection is performed by Apple, not by Everyday Solutions LLC. We do not have access to any information that personally identifies you. Apple's collection and use of data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy, available at:

You can manage your analytics and data-sharing preferences on your Apple device by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. We encourage you to review Apple's privacy policy and your device settings to understand and control what data Apple collects.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social media platforms, or other services that would collect data about you. We do not embed any third-party code, SDKs, or tracking tools in the Application.

6. International Privacy Laws

The Application may be available for download in jurisdictions around the world. Because the Application does not collect, transmit, or process any personal data (the on-device data described in Section 3 never leaves your device and is not accessible to Everyday Solutions LLC), the data-handling obligations under international privacy regulations are not triggered. However, we acknowledge the following frameworks and your rights under them:

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — European Union / European Economic Area

The GDPR applies to the processing of personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA. Because the Application does not process any personal data as defined under Article 4 of the GDPR, the obligations relating to lawful basis for processing, data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection), data protection impact assessments, and appointment of a Data Protection Officer do not apply to the Application. If the Application is ever updated to collect personal data, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement all required GDPR compliance measures before any such collection begins.

UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) — United Kingdom

The UK GDPR mirrors the EU GDPR for individuals in the United Kingdom. The same principles described above apply: because no personal data is collected, the data-handling obligations of the UK GDPR are not triggered.

California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) — United States

The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, grants California residents certain rights regarding their personal information, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Because the Application does not collect, sell, or share any personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, there is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, correct, or stop selling.

Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Several U.S. states have enacted their own consumer privacy laws, including Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), and others. These laws generally grant consumers rights related to personal data that is collected and processed by businesses. Because the Application does not collect or process any personal data, these laws do not create data-handling obligations for the Application.

EU Digital Services Act (DSA)

The Digital Services Act requires app developers who distribute apps in the EU to comply with certain transparency requirements, including disclosure of trader status and contact information in the Apple App Store. Everyday Solutions LLC complies with applicable DSA requirements through its Apple Developer account and App Store Connect settings.

Children's Privacy

Because the Application does not collect any data from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR provisions concerning children's data (Article 8), and similar laws imposing obligations related to data collection from children do not create data-handling obligations for this Application because no data collection occurs.

7. Data Security

The Application does not collect or transmit any personal data. The on-device data described in Section 3 (workout preferences and workout history) is stored locally on your device using Apple's built-in storage mechanisms and inherits the security protections of your device, including any passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID you have enabled. Everyday Solutions LLC has no access to this data.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted.

If we ever change the Application in a way that introduces data collection, we will update this Privacy Policy before implementing any such changes and will clearly describe what data is collected, why it is collected, and the legal basis for such collection under applicable privacy laws.
